Shipping policy

We ship Monday – Friday with two shipping options! We only ship and process on working business day during normal business hours. Please see below for our shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping: 4-7 Business Days

2. Expedited: 2 Day Shipping

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unopened, unused, and sealed in its original protective packaging.

Due to the nature of personal care and intimate care products, returns will not be accepted if the protective seal or packaging has been opened, removed, tampered with, or damaged.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened personal care or intimate care products

• Products with broken or removed protective seals
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@shopbalanced.com.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
